Iochpe has suppliers of book entry services both in Brazil and also abroad for managing, maintaining, and providing support for our shareholder base.
Banco Itaú
Banco Itaú is responsible for providing the book entry service for investors registered in Brazil under CVM Instruction 543/13. Book entry shares have proven ownership through registration in the share depository account, open in the name of the shareholder in the books of the depository institution.
