The award recognized the social impact of the Formare Program operated by Iochpe-Maxion, which has seven units within the company's factories in the cities of Cruzeiro (SP), Limeira (SP), Hortolândia (SP), Contagem (MG), Sete Lagoas (MG), in addition to the states of Chihuahua and San Luis Potosí, in Mexico.
