The Formare social advancement program, established since 1989 and administered by the not for profit Iochpe Foundation, stands as one of Brazil’s most recognized vocational education initiatives. By fostering collaborations with businesses and academic institutions, Formare provides professional training opportunities to youth facing economic and social vulnerability.
Iochpe-Maxion plays an active role as a Formare partner, operating seven Formare units: four in Brazil, two in Mexico, and one in India. This involvement demonstrates our long-standing dedication to broadening educational opportunities, enhancing youth employability, and fostering development in local communities.
